This stretch book is very good.It is in a spiral binder so you can open it’s pages and lay the book flat.The photographs are large so you can see what she is doing while you copy her stretch.The book also has specific stretches for certain conditions like bad back, sciatica, vagus nerve and other ailments. Some stretches are standing, some sitting in a chair, some sitting on the floor and lying down.

Love, love, love this book! The spiral binding makes it super easy to flip to a page and have it stay there while you learn the move/position. It has really helped my body – and in particular my back and legs in so many ways. After a 15 minute session I feel so much more limber and helps my mood too! Worth every penny.
