Great tool for your recovery journey
If you’re new (or if you’ve been around a while, too!) to recovery and looking for a supportive tool to help you navigate the 12-step journey, this 12-step journal is a fantastic choice. As someone who values simplicity and practicality, I found this journal to be exceptionally user-friendly. One of the standout features is the daily and weekly check-ins, which foster a sense of consistency and accountability which is extremely important in early recovery. The layout is clean and simple, allowing you to focus on your recovery journey without feeling overwhelmed by too much information or unnecessary details. Overall, I love this journal!

    Great journal and agenda
This is great for anyone in recovery. Everything you need in one place. Morning journal prompts, daily agenda, tools to choose from and daily reminder. An evening inventory. I absolutely love this book and highly recommend it. It is worth the money to have it all in one nice place instead of many different notebooks. I will be buying this again.

    Well Done!
A friend of mine discovered this in treatment and was working on it one day… I inquired and immediately ordered one for myself and I absolutely LOVE it. The layout is great {I use the day planner for a longer gratitude list} and I very much enjoy the prompt questions. It’s also been great for me to work a more ‘formal’ if you will 10th step again.Easy 5 stars!!Thank you to those who created this recovery gem!

Exactly what I was looking for
I had been looking for a while for a journal to help with my morning meditation and journaling, my gratitude list, and at night with my 10 step inventory. This is it!Simple yet complete. Follows the Big Book.I like how you can start any day, as it does not have the dates prepopulated. It has a nice section for weekly check ups.I just wish, and hope one day, for a hard(er) cover version. But as this is mostly for at home morning and night routines, don’t mind too much it not being as sturdy.Excellent gift, of self gift as I did, for people who are trying to get better at steps 10 and 11, and recovery as a whole.

If your to grow spiritually. This will help you grow. Continue to take personal inventory is one of the keys to happy sobriety.

  7. Brebre0316

    Awesome!! 💪🏼
I love it, it’s a daily 6 month thing and it helps a lot! I also have the NA step workbook and it’s just as amazing ❤️

  8. Exactly what I was looking for.

This is the best accountability tool
With double digit sobriety I find this tool is the best one I’ve ever used for staying accountable to practice the steps every day in all my affairs.

Well presented, good quality hard cover. Contents are well laid out and easy to follow. Plenty extra writing space for thoughts. I recommend this to anybody starting out on their 12 step journey

I’ve been using this for a few days now and I’m so impressed. The fact it’s been written by other recovering addicts is clear, it’s just spot on. I’ve been sober for several years but still struggle to work the program and use the tools available to me each day. When I neglect them, I’m at real risk of a relapse. This journal has everything I need to keep me on track each day and it doesn’t take much time at all. It sets me up beautifully for the day. There’s space every day to jot down anything that’s on my mind, and if I don’t know what to write there’s a question of the day to prompt me. There’s space for gratitude and acceptance, tick boxes for other spiritual tools like prayer, meditation and my morning readings – all things I should be doing daily. I love planning my day using the section and I finally have a place and guidance for my evening daily inventory. Just amazing – it really does have everything, and it’s so easy to use, I actually look forward to using it. I’ve shown it to my sponsor and he loves it. Every 12 stepper should have one.

I love the layout of the book, the prayers and recovery and recovery maintenance pointersThis is my 3rd copy – 2 years continuous sobriety xx

I’ve never written an Amazon review before but I have to for this, I love this journal. It’s beautifully crafted, warm and inviting. So much more than just a journal, it has weekly check ins so you can review your week and set goals for next week. There’s space to write about key areas of your addiction like warning signs you’re heading for a relapse, your triggers, your character defects. These are great to do with your sponsor as you work through the steps, and each week you’re reminded to look over them fresh in your mind, to remind you why your recovery is so important. This really helps with motivation to keep going. I’m quite new to recovery and I use the reflections section to jot down those revelations I have when I’m at meetings. I struggle with working the program consistently and now I don’t have to. I’m recommending this book to everyone I know in recovery. And they make such good gifts.

I think its expensive for a journal, however it is well presented and good quality, I would of like more info on the 12 steps and more guidance in the book.i think it’s ok.
