    If you’re like me, you struggle with staying motivated or in a habit of working out or organized in general without a tangible way of tracking and scheduling. Apps are great, but I’m really quite adept at ignoring a notification on my screen.This book, though, helps out with that! The ability to find a verity of workouts, to track what I’ve done and dogear a page for the next day (sorry to offend avid readers by dogearing…) really helps!

    Who wants to pay a bunch of money to go to a gym when you can work out at home using your body weight and household items? I found this book helpful. The exercises were described well, and the beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels seemed scaled correctly. There are lots of exercises but not too many. Good resource.

    What a great book to throw in your bag and travel with. It lines a bunch of workouts out and gives you a place to track them. Simple, yes. Sometimes, when I am on the road, my mind doesn’t work. Grabbing this book and using it for those moments is awesome.
