ONE OF A KIND WORKOUT JOURNAL
As someone who likes to free flow when exercising, this journal has given me the structure and accountability I need. I love that it’s portable, clear and gives me the tools I need to tone and strengthen my body at myOwn pace. Some people enjoy apps and others like me prefer something you can take a pen and (in your own handwriting) document your fitness journey. I was able to successfully reach my goals with this journal. I haven’t seen anything like it. It’s so descriptive and it actually has QR codes if you need examples of the exercises. The recommended cardio day is my favorite part. The best thing about this book is reading and seeing my results! The motivational tips throughout the book remind you why you’ve decided to embark on this fitness journey. Easy to Follow Guide That Works
Perimenopause hit me hard last year in my mid-40s. I gained weight without any changes in my eating/drinking and had tons of joint pain and insomnia. I HATE working out, but love the results and I knew it was time to do something. I saw an ad on social media for a similar book so I came to Amazon to look at reviews of similar books and found this. I have very limited time and I am that person who needs a workout plan laid out for me and I loooove checklists. When I get home after a long day at work, I quickly change clothes, grab the book and the little equipment required, turn on some music, and get it done! The checkbox gives me that little rush of accomplishing a self-care task before starting my 2nd shift (mommying/wifeying) for the rest of my night. I’m wrapping up week 4 today and have seen a difference in the firmness of my thighs, booty and triceps, and in the way my pants fit. I’ve been able to reduce my trips to the chiropractor, I’m sleeping through the night (also taking vitamins and magnesium), and I don’t wake up with every joint screaming anymore.
