Great book! I felt like I was talking to a very good friend, who is sharing his experience and insight and giving me useful tips on how to achieve enlightenment for myself as well. It is an easy read and easy to follow. The questions make you think and really read the book. The music recommendations were all phenomenal and worked very well on my path. Won’t teach you to meditate
Really great summary of meditation’s benefits, with references.Well written, too.But the real purpose of meditation, of course, is spiritual enlightenment.I bought the book because it *seems* to have a chapter on his Higher Consciousness Meditation.But it didn’t tell me anything at all about how to do that.I told me how great the practice was, and discussed more benefits.If you’re looking for reference material, this is a great book.If you want to learn a practice, you need his more expensive book,or find another source.(He’s supposed to have an HCM teaching session at the start of themonth. Signed up for it, but haven’t seen an anouncement yet…)

This easy to read book gives a crisp review of the author’s meditation methods going into a fifth dimension. It is relatable to someone like me that is inexperienced in this area.
