    A must read for daily stressors
    As an occupational therapist who teaches coping strategies to patients in order to reduce anxiety and help them be present for daily activities, I found The Stress Book to provide useful strategies for managing and preventing stress. Dr. Foster did an excellent job in putting his education and clinical skills together to address what we all face in this fast-paced world…stress. From relationships to our jobs, family and finances, he covers it all. I highly recommend reading this book and have encouraged my patients, friends and family to do so as well.

    Congratulations Dr. Foster on publishing this incredible self-help stress book. Stress has been misunderstood for a very long time. It was never talked about for what it really is.This book however, has laid it out in simple terms for everyone to understand the importance of taking care of the stressors in our lives.     A game changer!!!
    I am not a big reader. I completely enjoyed this book!!!! We are all given advice as to how to handle stress, but it is rarely articulated as to how the stressors may be interrelated and why certain techniques are used. Dr. Foster takes the advice several steps further. He helps you understand not only what is important to do in order to alleviate stress but also WHY! He seamlessly takes the journey through stress reliving concepts, techniques and strategies and brings it all home so we understand how the strategies work together to overcome the overwhelming feeling of stress today. Lord knows, we need it!
