Great Travel bag
This is the bag my daughter took with her overseas. It took a lot of abuse but shrugged it all off and gave her the peace of mind to enjoy her trip without being conscious of her belongings all the time. That alone makes this a good buy.

Just Right
Worked great for a four country European vacation. On the flight over it held all my “just in case” items I’d need if my checked bag was delayed, my Kindle and iPhone with cables and charger, electrical adapter and several other items. Lots of pockets and latching zippers. It was handy while on day trips as I could carry a jacket, hat, umbrella, bottled water, purchases, etc. It was shoved under airplane and bus seats, into overhead bins, carried almost daily and is no worse for wear.

I brought 2 of these backpacks for my husband and I to use for international travel day packs. I chose these bags due to Travelon’s reputation. One of the packs had material that pulled away from the internal zipper (see pictures that others have posted )after our second trip. I contacted Travelon directly through their website and they replaced per their warranty.These are great packs, lots of options for organizing for daily needs. We don’t take laptops so I can’t speak to how they would fit. These are well padded, large enough to pack swimsuits, jackets, passports, money and water bottles and more. Incredible bag at a great price

This is a slim backpack with sufficient compartments. The quality of the backpack feels very high-end and durable, and it has a professional, business-friendly look. The laptop socket is padded enough to protect it from any damage and there are a tun of anti-theft features.

Update: broke immediately
Update since original review: the first time I used it, one of the locking zippers broke within the first 3 hours. Noticed it while boarding the plane. Within 5 days the inner lining seams had ripped. This thing is garbage. Don’t buy.Original review: The main thing to know is that there is no locking hook on the strap to lock it to a table or chair. The description says there is, but there isn’t. All strap hardware is plastic, no hooks or latches at all. Other Travelon bags do have this feature and I’m guessing they just cut and pasted a different description.Looks fine, not particularly cute. It’s pretty large. The straps sit a bit wide for a petite person and would probably slip down since there is no chest buckle. A zippered pocket on the back would be a nice feature for safe easy access.I like the side water bottle pockets and separate rfid pouch.

Quality product
Going on international trip…plan on using it for day trip excursions where rain is expected everyday. Plan to pack umbrella, poncho, rain shoes and guide book as well as snacks and water bottle. I’m looking forward to seeing how it works. No worries about pick pocketing as zipper locks are strategically placed.

Great backpack except it was smaller than expected. The widest part is at the bottom and tappers up so the top part is narrow. Not big enough for my travel needs.

This is my first Travelon product, having to love Pacsafe bags. I thought I would give theirs a go. The price point is more affordable to their competitor and has less features. However their have more stylish options for females.This is the Travelon Anti-Theft Metro Backpack, in navy heather, a colour that is versatile to style with my outfits. The backpack is lightweight weighing 748g. The size is 11.75″ x 17.5″ x 5. Hard to find how much volume it fits but after some digging on the internet it is 14L.FeaturesAlong with the antitheft system that uses a keychain clip. It also has a clip on light, a pouch, plenty of organisations pockets to fit a laptop, tablet, phone, passport etc. Appreciate the extra lockable pocket at the front, there’s one zip tab that is not lockable. It also has a luggage pass through strap. I also like the padded shoulder straps which is very comfortable. There are two stretchy mesh pockets on the side for a slim water bottle or umbrella.The zippers also fits a small lock, great for needs and travels. The bag also has wired mesh built in to stop people from slashing into the bag.The only thing that is minor, compared to the competitor bag, there’s no lockable strap to use fasten the bag to chairs or tables.
