Getting my health back on track. So I am down from 176 to 160 finally. I am not the type of person to stick to a diet. I eat what I want in reasonable portions. The only other change I’ve made in addition to these pills is working out but I only do that 2 to 3 times a week for 1 hour. I’m very happy with this supplement. I was skeptical at first but this is the second bottle I’ve purchased. The label indicates high energy fat burner and I found that statement to be very true in my case.
