    It not only helps me with meal planning. It helps me with keeping track of what I have cooked and when I would like to fix it again. The Food List is great for wright down each day what I may need to get at the end o the week. I really like this book and I will buy it again.

    Nice way to be organized
    The question of what’s for dinner has haunted me for years. I get so overwhelmed with our busy schedules that I just throw in a frozen pizza more often that I’d like to admit. I finally decided to invest in this notebook to make me more accountable. It is super helpful. It has all three meals, and I only needed it for supper. I use the other spaces for sides and dresser instead.

    Not quite what I expected
    The main reason I purchased this planner was because it showed the “My Exercise Plan” page but I didn’t realize it was only one page. I thought it was a weekly page to go along with the meal plans. That is very disappointing. The meal planning pages are fine.
