    Helpful and Inspiring
    This is a wonderful guidebook that teaches women who are struggling with anxiety and perfectionism how to break the cycle and find inner peace. The author, who struggled with anxiety herself in the past, discusses how mindfulness and meditation can be life-transforming. It helps us find emotional balance, reduce stress and the need for perfection, and show us how to be present in the moment and accept ourselves just as we are. The book is divided into sections that guide you through different aspects of mindfulness and meditation, such as self-compassion, emotional regulation, deep-breathing exercises, and living in the present moment. There are many personal stories, guided meditations, and real-life examples throughout the book that are really helpful and inspiring. Recommended.

    Great resource for busy women to find peace
    A friend recommended this book but I wasn’t sure I would like it. Boy was I wrong! As a busy mom and lots of stress I could relate to this on mamy levels. I’d heard of mindfulness but never realized the many types of mindfulness there were. It helps to have all of the real life examples of women that we can relate to throughout the book. The author gives a comprehensive, easy to understand step-by-step guide at seeing what is the struggle, different ways to handle each, and how it benefits us. I am recommending this to all the moms I know. We women need to look out for each others emotional health too!

    This book is tailored towards women but i honestly think it resonates with anyone. Having a calm, peaceful mind makes the rest of your life more enjoyable. This book gives many different techniques for how to manage your anxiety and stress and be able to live a normal balanced life. I enjoyed the section on positive self-talk as well. Keeping a positive self-esteem is hugely important in daily life.

    Que hermoso libro! E leído varios libros de meditación y de mantener una conciencia plena pero creo que ninguno me había tanto como este.  Me gustó la introducción que el autor da a la autocompasión que nos enseña que está bien cometer errores, nadie es perfecto y que debemos tener compasión y empatía con nosotros mismos como lo hacemos con los demás.Los ejercicios de meditación y conciencia plena me han  ayudado a entender mejor a como manejar mi ansiedad y los pensamientos negativos que muchas veces atormenta mi mente y las anécdotas que incluye de otras personas que han pasado por situaciones similares y atravez de los ejercicios de terapia de meditación y teniendo una conciencia positiva han visto un cambio en cambio positivo en sus vidas lo motivan a uno a querer también tratar y mejorar.E tomado en cuenta los consejos que da el libro especialmente meditación en movimiento a mi rutina de ejercicio junto con  yoga  y e sentido que mi nivel de estrés y ansiedad a mejorado, después de hacer este tipo de meditación me siento más relajada y feliz, recomiendo mucho este libro es una joya.
