I love this book. It tells you exactly what warm-up exercises and workouts to do on what day. So easy to follow with plenty of photos so you know you are doing the workouts correctly and safely. A great value for your money.

This is a fantastic book!! My workouts had been getting stale and bought this to change things up. Did it ever!! Each day gives you a different workout so it definitely keeps you challenged. Pictures are great but it would be nice if the font was a bit bigger.

Tons of great exercises!
This book is set up brilliantly, especially if you are at a beginner or intermediate level. It has weekly plans that are easy to follow, plus a huge section of exercises that you can do on your own if you don’t want to follow the weekly plan. The pictures and descriptions are easy to follow. I wouldn’t change a thing about this book. It’s perfect.

Good book but
This is an excellent book but you almost need to be in pretty good shape before starting this. I think it’s geared more to the younger crowd. Day 1 is 3 sets of 20 each pushups and same of squats. I’m in pretty good shape but no way can I do 60 pushups right out of the shoot. I plan to follow this but need to work up to it.
