I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and design of this product. It feels like it is more expensive than it is. It is so comfortable and molds to my face. It’s light weight and the straps that hold it in place are so well designed! They are stretchy with just enough Velcro to secure it nicely. I have accidentally slept the entire night with it on. It is that comfortable AND after tossing and turning I could still remove the straps easily without the Velco snagging my long hair. I am so impressed!!!It comes out of the freezer and it is the right temperature for use (Not too cold that it hurts your skin). The soft fabric side is great. I use this for tension headaches. It seems to reduce swelling. I cant believe how much I LOVE this product. It was an impulse buy but now I can’t be without it!

I like this mask. There’s a side that’s soft so the cold doesn’t hurt my skin. I don’t like how hard it gets in the freezer but that goes away fast. I’m using it to heal my vagus nerve but the bonus is, I look better after I wear this for. While

Good effects but needs improvement
I really like this mask and I do see temporary differences however the mask does split at the seams and I find the beads do come out. I find it still is worth the money but be repaired to replace it. I wish they would make it with the edges reinforced like the eye masks are .

Just What I Wanted and Expected
I bought 2 masks: one for me and one for my daughter. My daughter was dealing with flares from an autoimmune problem. She had to sit in front of a fan to keep her face cooled. When I got this for her, she was so excited because she could walk around and be productive in the house and not just be glued to the fan. I purchased one just to reduce any swelling in my face (for purely cosmetic reasons.)It is soft on one side so that it’s not harsh on the skin. Honestly, I haven’t tried the other side with just the beads. The coolness wanes after about 15 minutes but you’re not supposed to keep it on for longer than that anyway. The straps work fine to keep it in place. It comes with a plastic baggy that can be closed so that odors don’t get to it. The color blue matches the picture advertised.

If you have bigger lips be aware the masks mouth hole isn’t that big!!.
I bought this mask for my acne and swelling to cool down the bumps and pimples. The mask itself is a great product but the only problem I have is the mouth hole is not made for people with bigger or plumper lips. The eye as well as the nose holes are perfect, the mask is a great product overall I love how there are two sides so you can have cold cold relaxation or medium cold, it’s all easy to put on and take off. I wouldn’t recommend this as a sleeping mask for going to bed in, because if you do have bigger lips your body will naturally feel discomfort in your face or in certain areas while your sleeping and will unconsciously remove the mask, as soon as I woke up the mask was on the ground I also love how instead of water they use orby‘s to cool your face it’s really flexible when it’s not cold as well as cold!!

I do feel like this was a bit of a silly purchase on my part. I bought it as part of a pre wedding freak out after reading reviews that it would help face masks absorb better. I don’t know if that’s true or not, but it is very cold when you leave it in the fridge or freezer and feels nice when it’s hot outside
