Does Help One Achieve A Flatter Abdomen
I have been using the Helix Fat Burner for Women over the past four and a half months (3 purchases). Due to underlying health concerns, I must always look for natural means to maintain my weight and areas of concern. Therefore, I did my homework and researched the ingredients in this natural pill (CLA). CLA is found in dairy products and beef. Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is a type of fat. Dairy and beef are major sources of CLA in the diet. Most CLA supplements are made from safflower oil. CLA “might help” reduce body fat deposits and improve immune function (WebMD).I have struggled with getting my stomach area flatter, as most women who have been plagued throughout life with fibroids. After taking two of these tablets daily for a month along with my regular well controlled healthy eating habit and exercise regime. I can honestly say that It has never given me any adverse side affects nor to be harsh on my digestion nor stomach (biles). It is easily swallowed and has no taste. I am typically a high energy person, so I can’t comment on telling to increase one’s energy level.Because I have achieved my desired stomach flatness goal, I have since reduced my dosage to one pill per day. Based on my detail research, I suggest taking it in the morning while sipping hot tea or coffee. I noticed the remarkable difference in my abdominal area. My stomach is flatter than it has been since I was in my early twenties! It does work to control the fat deposit within some people bodies (mine included). What we must all remember is: “Everything does not work for everybody”. Each person must try the “it” to find their personal niche!

easy to digest, gave energy
I wanted to try this as someone who’s trying to maintain my weight loss and keep my energy up. I’ve been very fatigued and I work a lot of extra hours which has kept me a lot more exhausted. I started this fat burner mostly looking just to help with weight management My weight has remained unchanged It isn’t about suppressing my appetite but it has definitely surprisingly given me a lot more happy energy and mental clarity. I find that I am able to push forward past some of my urges and inclinations towards snacking and in this regard I think it is helping and I think it is a good inexpensive option to try. It came safety sealed and packaged the capsules are small enough that they’re easy to swallow. There is no weird smell or aftertaste. I found it to be economical and I will continue to use it for at minimum the boost to my energy benefits that I’m having with them. I’ll report back as I’m on this with more consistency about the fat burning properties of it.

Seems promising!
So far, I’m still in the first week of purchase and I’m very intrigued by this product. I started taking only 1 pill the first day and increased it by adding 1 pill the days ahead until reaching the recommended dosage to allow my system to acclimate to it. The first day I notice a slight boost in energy. By day 3 I am going without the need to take a 😴 mid-day with so much energy. I don’t have any jitters whatsoever and I’m starting to see the appetite suppression effect it promotes, because when I wake up, I’m not feeling that urge to eat until early afternoon now. And it doesn’t have any weird taste or burping after taste either. Will have to come back in a few months to give an update on results.*Update*I have been taking these pills religiously for about 3 weeks now and I have lost 4lbs without doing exercise yet. The appetite suppressant in this is amazing. Yes, I know that my results would be far better had I added the workout factor but I’m testing waters here. I am impressed with it so far.

Big time energy boost
I’ve been using for 2 weeks and I can definitely tell a difference. I purposely made minimal changes to my daily habits so I would know how much this supplement has to offer. Not only did I notice a boost in my energy levels, but my appetite subsided, and I can definitely feel my stomach shrinking and I get full much more quickly. I’ve noticed a difference with minimal changes to my diet. I’ll be interested to see how much more effect it has with small changes in diet and exercise. The gel capsule has neutral taste and no aroma and is easy to swallow. So far it’s a winner. I will continue to take make more habit changes to see how much more the benefits add up.

Unsure about these…
I gave these a good honest try, but I’m not sure they did much. I noticed my appetite seemed to be a little lower when I took them, but that may have been a placebo effect. No side effects, as far as I could tell. I stopped taking these with the bottle still half full and probably won’t be purchasing more.

Just started these. Starting at 1 a day for a week and upping for there . Will update in a few weeks with HONEST results with pictures.I have started eating low carb today, and the gym this coming Monday. I’m 5 ft tall. And 195lbs.I want to give people an honest review. Because I know there is a lot of women like me looking for something that actually works to help them.So update to come.
