A friend of mine recommended this journal. I really enjoyed the freestyle of the writing and coloring activities. I could do it at my own leisure, and I didn’t have to talk about my feelings with anyone if I wasn’t up for it. It was perfect. I haven’t seen other journals like it, I would use this again for just rough patches in life for sure.
