Comprehensive fitness tracker
This fitness journal has everything you need to start tracking your progress. The daily pages are undated so no pages go to waste. There’s a page for a monthly overview that has calendars for 6 months although there’s only enough daily pages for about 5 months. If you aren’t tracking daily workouts then you could definitely use this journal for much longer than 5 months. There are pages dedicated to goal planning and tracking goal progress – 10 goals specifically.Measuring tape is included so you can log your measurements on the ‘starting point & results’ page plus there’s a spot for a before and after pic and a graph if you like the visual of seeing that line going down.The daily pages all you to track 10 exercises with up to 6 sets each, log your meals and macros and 3 different types of cardio. The note section is pretty tiny so you’ll have to write quite small.The cover is plastic so it’s waterproof and there’s an elastic to keep the journal shut. The cover is translucent so you can see the text on the very first page – not a deal breaker just not aesthetically pleasing for me. There’s a small pocket in the back.I highly recommend using an erasable pen for the convenience of being able to make adjustments if needed. I’m using Frixion Pilot erasable pens and they don’t blend through the pages and erase very well without tearing up the paper. Get this journal if you’re looking to keep track of all the little details throughout your fitness journey!

Very detailed
This fitness journal is very detailed. It allows room for you to log your food as well as what you did for exercise. The exercise portion is way more than what I need, more for a person who goes to the gym and exercises multiple times a day. If this is you, this book will allow you to log multiple sets of exercise as well as up to 3 cardio sessions a day. I love that you can log your weight, your mood, your sleep and energy levels as well as your water intake and any supplements you take daily. It’s a great habit tracker for that.In the food portion of the log, you’re able to not only track what you ate for all 3 meals plus snacks, but it also has room to log calories, protein, carbs and fat intake. Each page also has a little box for notes to write down anything that’s not included on the daily log page, although I can’t imagine what your still need to log after all that’s included daily.If you’re serious about making a life change, this is a great journal to use!

In the beginning of the journal, there are goal tracking pages, mini calendar layouts, items to track for progress, and measurements.The bulk of the journal are daily pages with an easy to use and simple design. There is space at the top for date, weight, workout name, sleep, energy, meditation, feeling [with emojis], fruit, vegetable, supplements, and water count. There is one main box for exercises and 10 different ones and 6 sets of each. There are 3 mini boxes for tracking 3 different types of cardio, along with time, distance, heart rate, and calories. The bottom box tracks meals – breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks with corresponding macros. There is a small bullet journal box along the side for any extra notes or info.It’s simple, functional, and the spaces are a good size to write in information – solid fitness journal you can start anytime.

This is a great journal for anyone who is trying to hold themselves accountable with their food and fitness needs. Being spiral-bound makes it easy to flip through and enter your stats. The paper is of a nice quality, not too thick, not too thin. At 9.5″ x 7″ it is a good size with plenty of space to write your daily logs. The attached band can be used to keep it closed or to keep your place for the day. Included is a reusable measuring tape that will allow you to keep track of your progress.Trying to get back to a healthy lifestyle isn’t easy for anyone, but this journal will help push you in the right direction.

So I ordered this planner to help me with my health goals and it is a good planner filled with lots of relevant information to track, but the fact that it comes with a tape measure pushes this over the top! Great combo!
