Great yoga mat – fold up to put out of the way
This mat is thick and comfy for floor exercises. I needed ti to help me with stretches and exercises to recover from a back injury. Works well. Folds up to put away. Much more portable/stowable than matts the roll up.

Good mat, but has a couple of issues.
I bought this because it was said to be non-slip. My current mat, on our laminate floor, slides too much for some movements.This mat is definitely non-slip on the bottom. It stays in place during lunges and all kind of yoga moves. I didn’t have any issues at all with the smell as some have reported, and it seems to handle sweat fine.However, the top is a little slicker than I would like. If I put force at an angle, like a down dog in yoga, I can feel my hands slide a bit. It’s great for push ups or planks where I am pressing down.Other than the little bit of slickness it’s a good mat and I am happy with it.

perfect for yoga and gives great extra support
So much thicker than a traditional yoga matt, supports arms and knees a little more. I love the folding aspect if you need even more support for knees or arms. The pink does show dirt and smudges a little more than I like but it’s also easy to clean.

Not Good for Yoga or Sculpt or anything involving sweat.
Pros: This mat is a beautiful color and us plush and comfy. No chemical or foul smell detected. Folds easily and is very lightweight.Cons: This mat has little or no grip in a dry setting. Add in any moisture from sweat or humidity and you will lose all traction. Additionally, the mat will make awkward noises that will leave you giving that “I swear that sound was just my mat!” look during your yoga class. The mat also slips around on the floor and doesn’t stay in place. Not worth the cost. Get a real yoga mat!

Best yoga/workout mat
I use this yoga mat as a workout mat in my apartment. It is so practical, sturdy but with enough cushion and very easy to store. I’d highly recommend it.

Best suited for a “fitness” mat … Not a good yoga mat
This product is well made, no doubt; but, it is not suitable to be used as a yoga mat. It’s too slippery. It would be good for a “fitness” mat where the person using it would have sneakers on for traction. If you’re lookng for a yoga mat that will provide your bare feet with enough traction to hold the asana, look elsewhere.
