It Works
I have low blood pressure, all the time. As a result I have a slow metabolism and I’m tired almost all day. It’s hard to maintain my weight. I’ve been using this for 6 months, I’m amazed at how well it works. I take one pill in the morning and I’m good all day, the energy is amazing. And you know all of the places that are difficult to tone when you’re in your 40’s? This will get that done faster than if you were still in your early 20’s. Can’t recommend this product enough, it’s amazing.

THE ENERGY BOOST OMG
Only day one of taking this so i can’t speak for weight loss but the energy boost is definitely real. Only took half the recommended dose before breakfast and lunch and i haven’t been tired all day (im usually exhausted by 1/2pm everyday). its 4:30pm at the time of writing and im still energized. also the appetite suppression is REAL. i had yogurt with granola and two slices of bacon for breakfast around 9am and wasnt even a little bit hungry by 2pm when i ate a bowl of soup (chicken, carrots, cabbage and potatoes) and some cashews as a snack. no feelings of hunger even though i ate way less than usual (im usually starving by 12pm and 4pm). i will be ordering again.

Jittery Energy
I took the two pills (one dose) with a piece of toast and within 15 minutes began my workout. During the 45 minute workout I did sweat more than normal. After about 1.5 hours of taking it, the jitters hit me hard. I’m the one that as soon as I consume an energy drink, the jitters hit me within 10-15 minutes while the two tablets took 1.5 hours. About 2 hours after taking, i had to take a number two. After eating a snack, I had to go again. I will reduce the dosage to one tablet to see how I feel. I do not like the jittery feeling. I’m writing this review 4 hours after taking and I’m still jittery and stomach on edge. It appear this works by making you so jittery you do not want to eat. If you do eat something, you will soon poop it out. I also notice this did raise my blood pressure by about 8. After the half dosage, I will update this review.

Horrible sickness
Tried these the first time today took 1 dose of 2 pills as suggested on the bottle and felt super nauseous about 30 minutes after. Following the nausea I began to get really sweaty and jittery for about 2 hours after initially taking them. It was so bad I was thinking I had to leave work and didn’t want to be away from a restroom in case I got sick. After they wore off I started to feel better . These are non returnable too which I did not realize when I purchased them. Be careful when taking these . I was excited to try them but I guess they aren’t for everyone.

Great pick-me-up for energy
I take 1 (the dosage is 2) any day that I am feeling tired but need to get things done. I tried taking 2 but felt too jittery. One capsule is perfect for me. It gives me steady energy with caffeine and capsaicin for about 5 hours. That’s usually all I need to accomplish my daily tasks and not keep me awake at night. If you do take 2 capsules, I recommend that you drink decaf beverages so you don’t get too much caffeine. I didn’t experience a lack of appetite but I didn’t eat a lot because I was busy. I take this about once a week.
