    Great Little Journal
    This is a great little journal. I bought it to chart my food, exercise, mood, water intake and goals.It does so much more! I like the check off boxes for various tasks as well as pages for goals. I didn’t include any photos as there are so many posted already. The cover is a faux leather and sturdy. I bought the green and it’s so beautiful (my favorite color) The pages are a decent thickness. I use a highlighter to mark off the day and it hasn’t bled through (I do use a light touch) There is only 1 side per day to chart all the things. At first I thought I wouldn’t have enough spaces to chart all I needed to but that hasn’t happened. One thing I would change is add more lines for charting your food. Maybe offer 1 page, front AND back to chart. There are plenty of places for notes. It has 3 silk ribbons to use as book marks which I find handy.I use one to mark the monthly calendar, second for my daily food/tasks and the third for the blank pages in the back of the book. I find the pen loop handy too! I really love this little book. It has all I was looking for in a health journal. Lastly, this book is a 6 month journal. Much more economical than 3 months.I would recommend this and purchase again.

    This is so beautiful, positive, and well organized — just what I needed
    I love everything about this journal! The cover is hard and sturdy, covered in waterproof vinyl. It’s thick — will cover many months of journaling. There is a helpful startup guide sheet of instructions. I love the three place-holder ribbons; One for the calendar month page, one for the daily log page, and one for the other stuff in the pages at the back. I got the cornflower blue, and the soft, pretty blue color continues throughout the book. And the stickers are so positive and pretty. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a pretty, friendly, supportive food and weight-change journey logbook!

    Very organized and helpful
    There is 6 months worth of material in one book! Places to record monthly goals, weekly measurements, daily calorie intake, goals when you start and a reflection at the end of the journal. Also comes with guides for how/where on body to take measurements. There are also blank pages in the back to record anything you want to remember. The three book marks also help PLUS it comes with fun stickers!The yellow print is a bit hard to read but I like the color scheme so I don’t mind that part.

    Fantastic Tracking Tool
    I’m scheduled for weight loss surgery, and I feel like this book will be a very valuable tool for me to keep a great record of what I’m eating and all of the nutrition facts for each item and help me get through the first few complicated months of figuring everything out. I can also use this to meal plan, keep track of recipes I like, log the nutrition facts for the foods I eat most so I don’t always have to go back and look them up, etc. This journal also allows you to set and track your goals and your progress. I love that there’s a place for a photo of yourself as you begin your journey and a photo of yourself once you complete the journal so you also get a nice visual of how far you’ve come. Plus the color is fun and cute, and I bought some colorful pens to use with it as a little extra incentive to make it fun and keep up with the process. I would 100% recommend this and will probably buy another one after I use this one to completion to continue holding myself accountable.

    I have loved having this book to track my nutrition and aid in my weight loss/fitness journey. I’d decided to try pen to paper rather than an app to see if I was any better at tracking consistently and it’s been a world of difference. It sits on my desk and I track as the day goes, each morning I fill in any foods that didn’t get tracked from the day before, add my totals make notes and start the new day. I’ve been tracking daily without fail (except when I choose not to like vacation/holiday) and I have stuck to my goals for the past 3 months. I also will use this for meal planning ahead so I have my dinners pre-entered. I still have a couple of months (so good for about 6 months total) worth of pages left but I already know I’m going to need another one so I’m sticking it in my cart now.

    I bought this journal to track what I eat. I’m a Slimming World member and it adapts to the plan fairly easily with a few tweaks here and there. It’s got a lovely tactile cover, the quality of the paper is excellent and because there is so much choice of colours it took me ages to choose. I chose the pink and I love it. The overall quality is superb. There is so much to like – the coordinating ribbons, stickers (too American for my taste), quick start guide, the file for notes etc. The comments about the white writing are valid, it is hard to read the headings, but as the calendar and the tracking pages are repeated throughout for six months it’s not a deal breaker. The daily pages are adequate for what you’ve eaten but if you are someone who needs to keep track of the macros then there probably isn’t enough space, otherwise it’s adequate. This is the best food journal I’ve ever bought and I’ve bought quite a few, even SW own journal. All in all I’m delighted with my purchase.
