I have been using these for 2 months, they have a good thickness to the band that isn’t too bulky or fragile and are easy to travel with. Great quality given the price, especially relative to more ‘name brand’ gym options. The length is suitable for me as someone who is 5’8″.

Nice bands, very durable
Nice bands for resistance exercises. I typically secure one to a post and can get every upper extremity and trunk exercise done. They are also great for leg exercises as well. Sure beats hauling around weights. The red band gives me a good moderate resistance and the black is a good bit more of a challenge. I’ve purchased several of these sets. The little carrying bag keeps them organized.

Rein von der Funktion hätten sie 5 von 5 Sterne verdient.Von den Bändern geht aber ein sehr starker chemischer Geruch aus, dass ich sie nur draußen im Schuppen liegen lassen kann.Auch nach einer Woche „auslüften“ stinken sie noch immer.In der Wohnung würde ich die nicht liegen haben wollen.

I’ve been using these resistance bands for a week now travelling and they’re holding up well. Definitely on the stiffer side with the first few workouts, but have since been worked in – hopefully they hold up.In hindsight, I should’ve opted for the set starting with the 5-10lb band as I likely won’t be working my way up to the heaviest resistance in my lifetime, but that’s on me. Unless you’re a powerhouse, or using them for assisted pull ups, I’d opt for the set with the lighter resistance.The carrying case is nylon so nothing special but does the trick.
