Very quick subtle change.
Been taking hello burn activate for about a month now. This along with increasing my workout routine, I have began to notice a subtle change, jeans that were very snug have now become a bit more comfortable.I love how it’s just one capsule a day and not three at every meal. This makes it very easy to remember to take it. I think this is a great value and I will continue on it hoping to progress more.

Postbiotic technology for visceral fats
This is a review for Hello Burn Activate by Love Wellness. This is a daily capsule that contains 34mg of heated bifidobacterium which I had to actually look up before ordering. It’s essentially probiotic bacteria that have been inactivated through heat, resulting in a “postbiotic” that retains beneficial properties like anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. The ingredients include medium chain trygliceride (MCT) which also supports energy boosting and weight management, and both support gut health.I have been taking 1 per day in the mornings and go about my daily exercise regimen and it seems to help keep my energy at a steady state without hitting a wall. As for gut health, I was already a believer in MCT and add this to my daily coffee. Not sure this address the “visceral” fat around your organs, but I’m game to give it a try. The BPL1 is some type of proprietary formula by Love Wellness, but I cannot speak to its efficacy. So overall, I’m giving it 4 starts for energy support and gut health.

Good supplement
I got these to see if they would help with some of my belly bloat/fat. They are easy to take and I haven’t had an issues with them. So far they’ve been good.

not sure if I notice any difference when taking these but i haven’t had any negative side effects so i will continue to take maybe they just take time, they are easy to swallow and affordable.

Feel good
I’m not too sure about the whole waist circumference thing, but I have noticed I feel more energetic and upbeat when I take these. It has been super effective in helping me avoid the bloating I usually get and has not impacted me in any negative way. If it does trim down my waistline in the future that would be just an added bonus for me.

easy to take, no bad side effects
This is a 30-day supply of what is essentially a postbiotic, a heat-treated probiotic. There is some reason to believe this is supportive of gut health, immunity, and visceral fat burn. The price is consistent with the higher end for such supplements. The capsules are easy to swallow due to their reasonable size. There is no smell or taste. While I can’t be sure of the effectiveness of this supplement, as is the case with all supplements, I can say that it has not caused any adverse side effects.

I am a high rater on love wellness products so i know I need to give these more time to work. Gonna have to redo my review after taking longer than a couple of weeks

Augment your gut health
I was curious about the ingredients in this supplement when I saw it listed. I have been taking probiotics and prebiotics and MCT for many years & am a believer in them. I figured it couldn’t hurt to try some postbiotics to see if there was any difference in the way I feel. The ingredients are clean, and it’s made in the USA so I was willing to try. While I can’t say for certain if it’s what made the difference, I can say this: I’ve been able to bust through a plateau I’ve been on for a few months. I’m trying to reduce my overall weight and waist size, and since adding this supplement, I’ve lost a few pounds, but more importantly, I’ve lost about 1/2″ from my waist. This is a very big improvement for me.I have not experienced a bad taste or negative side effects from adding this, and believe it has helped keep my blood sugar and hunger levels steady, although that could be due to other things, too. In any case, it does not seem to have hurt my health or metabolism in any way. I’m very pleased with this and very happy it’s only 1 capsule a day! Seems like a great value to me.
