Comfortable!
I’ve worn many masks for sleeping, and this one is by far the most comfortable! There are no adjustable plastic pieces to stick into your head, and it comfortably fits over your eyes to keep the light out so we can sleep longer. I highly recommend this product for my family and friends! Bravo!!

Great fabric, and fully covered back elastic
Soft, lightweight, and cool. I used to use the Alaska bear sleep, mask, which isn’t bad, but I like this one much better. The main difference is that with this mask, the back elastic is fully covered, which means that it won’t snag my hair or get twisted and create a lump. Because it’s covered, it’s not adjustable, but I find that the mask fits perfectly well, it is snug, but not tight.I always search for the cool side of the pillow and the cool side of a sleep mask so I am constantly flipping it over (I don’t really care if it’s upside down when I do this, I can’t even tell), so the fully covered back elastic is really a plus for me.

I love this mask. I became a sleep mask believer after using a free one on an overseas flight. I held onto to that polyester mask for a couple years and recently decided to upgrade to something more skin-friendly. After doing some research to see what all was out there, I decided I didn’t need pockets or more space for my eyes, or extra padding around the whole thing. The mask doesn’t move around on my head throughout the night, it feels good on my skin, is machine washable, and fits my head. I actually like that it fits against my eyes and think it would be weird otherwise, but that’s a preference thing. (Btw, you can always make a slip knot in the elastic of those free ones if they’re too big).For those who are new to sleep masks– one of the reasons I like them is because they help calm the mind as you’re trying to sleep. If you hear something weird and you’re easily distracted, you’re less inclined to lift up and look. You’re more focused on trying to sleep. Secondly, I like a bright bedroom with tons of sun light, but in the morning I still want it dark. A mask allows me to have it both ways. It’s also helpful when you’re traveling and your internal clock doesn’t match the time zone you’re in, and you just have to get some shut-eye– you get more control over your environment to help you do what you need to do.

I bought this product after seeing a similar mask in an online boutique for $50. This alternative offered nearly identical features for far less.From the first night, I was impressed. My sleep improved dramatically.I’ve been dealing with three challenges.First, there’s the anxiety from news headlines, and the slight claustrophobia of being at home most of the time.Then, there’s the time of year. Our bedroom windows face west, so we have sunlight in the room, even with blinds plus room-darkening curtains. I’m an “early to bed, early to rise” person, so it can be difficult to sleep with sunshine streaming into the room.And finally, there are all the little things, like my digital clock. I bought one with a dimmer setting on it, and that helped, but not enough. (I didn’t realize that until I tried this sleep mask.)SO… I decided to see if a sleep mask would help. My concerns were about feeling even more claustrophobic wearing it, plus how uncomfortable it might be (my head is large and I have very thick hair), and if it would improve my sleep enough to make any inconveniences worthwhile.From the first night, I slept dramatically better. I barely feel the mask, though I’m glad one edge is designed to put less pressure on my nose. The elastic (covered in silk) is gentle and I feel it, but get used to it quickly. It does a good job of keeping the mask on, even if I’m having a restless night.And, I bought the pink one because I figured that – if I’m going to look like Goldie Hawn in an opening scene in “Overboard” (1987) – I may as well look as silly as possible. But some will look at the pink sleep mask and decide it’s elegant, like something out of an old Hollywood movie. It does look like that.In the past couple of weeks, I’ve tried nights with the sleep mask and without, to be very sure it works. I’ve also tried removing the mask if I wake up for any reason, during the night, just to see if my later sleep is as sound, without the mask. (Answer: No, it’s not. The sleep mask is more important than I’d realized.)I’m giving this a very high four-star review. It’s not 100% comfortable. I’m not sure any sleep mask would be, for me. But I’m also certain that this is helping me sleep, and – an added plus – it’s compact so I can pack it in my purse for travel, including sleeping on planes. And I’ll be wearing it every night.

Weak elastic!
The elastic band got stretched out after a few months of daily use, but before it got stretched out it worked great and kept the light out of my face when using! Its cute and its like a satin type material and its slightly cooling over the eyes!

Sleep like a baby with all-silk sleep mask!
Received yesterday and used the silk sleep mask last night. Perfect for me but I will say that it was slightly snug so if somebody has a big head this might not be a good choice. Otherwise, however, they’re nicely made and they’re all silk which really makes a difference. Much cooler. Nice quality. I bought two for myself and I ordered two to have them shipped to my sister and brother-in-law. I’m sure my sister will sleep better with this mask. The price was fantastic.

I haven’t yet washed the mask, so can’t say anything about that, but on first impression it looks very good! It’s soft, I have to loosen the strap quite a bit, but that only means that there will be plenty of space to tighten it up again if the strap stretches out. I bought it for travel, so haven’t used it yet.
