Love Murad.
I love Murad skin products. Although I do have a few concerns. My skin is already a little oversensitized after using the vitamin c cleanser, so I don’t ever see myself using the cleanser and then the retinol. I think it would be too strong for my skin. I do like to use them separately at different times.

A nice starter kit!
This is a wonderful first step into a good cleansing regimen. The product are decently sized, and a little goes a long way. The scents are pleasant, and doesn’t leave me feeling greasy or oily. I usually don’t notice anything spectacular in terms of results for retinol or vitamin c products, but after the full routine, my skin was soft, and the product actually absorbed instead of sitting on the skin.

Trial sized products, make skin feel soft
This set contains small trial size products, cleanser, serum and moisturizer. The products do have a citrus scent, which is mild and refreshing. I have mostly been following the regimen at night before bedtime, and my skin feels refreshed and soft after using these. That said, the products are small sized to be able to make any noticeable impact with long term use.

Evening Retinol Set Noticeably Improves Texture & Look Of My Mature Skin-Heavy on the Fragrance
This Murad Healthy Skin Set has trial sizes of a cleanser, serum and moisturizer that’s a complete regimen. I’m using this set at night because all three products have retinol or retinyl palmitate, and I avoid retinol during the day when UV exposure is possible. I’m especially careful to apply sunscreen during the day even while using these retinol products only at night.I have dry, sensitive, mature (55+) skin and tolerate the products well, except the Essential-C Cleanser leaves my skin feeling a bit irritated and tight. I like that it leaves my skin really clean and clarified, but the formula and especially the fragrance are strong for my skin. I do tolerate it enough to use it a couple times a week, but my skin feels better when I substitute in my own unscented, calming, milky cleanser.The Youth Renewal Serum also has fragrance, though it doesn’t smell as strong as the cleanser. It’s a creamy retinol serum that feels hydrating. I follow with the Hydro-Dynamic Moisturizer, which is a fragrance free, white, silky cream. It spreads well and absorbs quickly. It’s not heavy or greasy but feels hydrating and comforting. If my dry skin feels like it needs an extra hydration boost, I finish with a couple drops of vegan squalane or other unscented oil.The next morning, my skin feels comfortable but has had just a slight feeling of irritation (yet looks calm). While my sensitive skin can feel irritated from retinol, I think it’s due to the cleanser (and likely the fragrance in it) as my skin doesn’t feel irritated when I use my unscented cleanser. Either way, my skin texture feels incredibly soft and my skin looks noticeably less lined, smoother and firmer. The fragrance is overdone especially in the cleanser, but I love the results so far. 5 stars. Made in USA.

Murad Top 3 Derm-Recommended Actives – 3-Piece Trial Kit
Great set! As someone new to Murad, I like that they put these three products together so I could try out a little night time regimen. The cleaner size is generous and will last me at least a couple more months as it just takes about a pea-sized amount for me to cleanse my face. It’s a clear gel, it lathers up well, and in combination with a wash cloth it does a good job cleaning leftover makeup or sunscreen off. Both the cleanser and retinol serum have a light, citrusy scent, but it is not strong and does not linger after drying. I’ve been using these pretty consistently at nighttime for almost a month and just ran out of the moisturizer, but I still have some of the serum left. The moisturizer does not have a fragrance to it and can be applied thinner or thicker depending on how much hydration you need. Using the three together, my skin is very happy, hydrated, and my skin tone looks even. This would make a great gift for yourself or someone else looking for a new skincare regimen without having to commit to full-sized products.

I knew this set was a trial size when I ordered, but I was still taken aback by the size when it was delivered. The moisturizer is very, very small. The cleanser and serum are typical travel size. The cleanser has a wonderful scent and I really enjoy using. The moisturizer has a nice consistency and feels great on my skin. The serum- difficult to tell if it does anything in a trial period- would take much longer to see actual results. I understand that this is a high-end product, but feel that the price is far too high for this size. In fact, I would prefer to see these included as a freebie with the purchase of a regular size product.
