Exactly what I was hoping for
This is a really nice device and it seems to already be helping with my chronic neck pain. It is comfortable to wear, pretty quiet, and there are numerous options for intensity, heat, light etc. I’m very happy with my purchase.Wish list: I wish it had Bluetooth and app. Or a remote. It is hard to change the settings on it during use without taking it off. Maybe it will be easier over time. It would also be nice to have a way to know exact battery life.

Extremely disappointing!
I purchased the SKG neck massager with high hopes, but it has been nothing but a letdown. The quality of this product is shockingly poor. The device dose not provide a massage as described. The material is poor quality. The design is poor. The voice attached to the setting changes is very loud right by your ears. I purchased because I was curious to know if a more expensive device would work better than a 25$ neck massager. This device has poor performance and a terrible value for the money. The actual “massage” delivered by the neck massager is more of a slight oscillation and a very loud persistent hum. I would not recommend this massager did not live up to it’s description. There are many better quality alternatives.

Relaxes my stiff neck
I can wear it most of the day. It relaxed my neck and I can turn my neck. It doesn’t fix the problem for once I take it off to charge my neck stiffens up but it is so beneficial in the tightness while I’m wearing it. Much relief I worry the switch might wear out for sometimes I have trouble getting it to turn on but so far so good

Noisy
This device works ok.The ring around the start button is loose and depending on setting very noisy.Amazon has offered a refund, waiting on response from SKG. Sent 3 emails to SKG no response as of yet.I tried my sisters device much quieter than mine.I would prefer an exchange. With lack of customer service from SKG I feel like returning to Amazon for refund.As a business owner this is not the way to help a customer. Buyer Beware !! Caveat Emptor !!Since I got very little satisfaction from SKG Amazon stepped up to the plate as usual.Amazon exchanged my device with a new one.Only took 3 days and no hassles.The replacement device works greatAmazon always steps up to the plate weather a new purchase of past purchase.That’s why I buy from Amazon,it’s called customer serviceThanx Unkljimmy

Neck pain for truck drivers
This is a great product for truck drivers who have neck pain when driving it really helps with the pain. Also it has a great price and battery life very easy to use when driving

I love this thing! This neck massager thing is great. It keeps it’s charge for a long time, it has different settings for heat, light, massaging and whatever. It is pretty lightweight. Good stuff.
