    Good for planning
    I really like the planning pages and the tear-out grocery lists.The provided meal-plans are okay but the breakfast and lunch options are kind of basic- things like yogurt and fruit, and peanut butter bread or leftovers. I was hoping for something that could help me add more variety, especially to breakfast. The meal plans provided on the Skinnytaste website offer more variety for breakfast (but don’t utilize leftovers as often as the meal plans in this book).As far as the recipes/portions, for some I have to double the recipe-especially if I am going to plan to use the leftovers. We are a family of four, but that includes a teenage boy and an almost teenage boy who are active and hungry.
