Worked for my pmdd
I am 41 and since having my son 4 years ago, my hormones have been completely out of whack – completely disrupting my life. I’ve been diagnosed with ppd and pmdd. Also, because of my age, I’m pre menopausal, and I’ve been dealing with endometriosis since my early 20’s.I tried birth control and ani depressants out of complete desperation, as that is what every doctor will push on you. They never worked and I much prefer a more natural approach to my health. I’ve tried every type of supplement you can think of and nothing has worked. I’ve even tried a different brand of vitex, and that didn’t work.Something told me to try vitex again. I was completely scriptable, but I found this brand. It’s gmp certified and organic. I take it in the morning, when my cycle ends, and continue to take it until my cycle starts again. So I don’t take any when I’m on my cycle. This has improved my life substantially!! I took it for 2 months and my moods were way more level, and my cycles were way less painful. Then we went on vacation and I got super busy. I didn’t take it for an entire month. My cycle ended up coming early, my breasts are so incredibly sore, my cycle pain is back to being unbearable. I’m incredibly emotional and I’ve gotten in two arguments with my husband this past month… this is how I know this stuff works. I will definitely make sure I don’t miss this anymore. Works great if you’re irregular
I read up on vitex and it helps regulate your period. That’s exactly what it did for me when I started taking them. I don’t recommend someone who gets regular periods to use this because it’s not meant for that. This product works amazingly for me!! A few months after taking them, I kept getting my period regularly. I’m 15 weeks pregnant at the moment but will continue to take them after I have my baby 🙂

UPDATE!!!! IM PREGNANT AGAIN AFTER 1 CYCLE ON THIS!I had my 3rd baby in November 2021, and I’m due again this November with #4!!!! This supplement is the best thing!!!I’m going to leave a review because this vitamin was the “miracle” pill that allowed me to conceive after 2 1/2 years of failed fertility treatments and even surgery for endometriosis! Let me start by saying that I took a lot of time to research this herb before deciding to go ahead and try it. I was a little skeptical of course because it is a supplement so what could it really do? I chose this organic option because hands down I love anything organic for my body and I was pleasantly surprised by the small pill sizes as well as no bad taste or anything like that. I researched extensively on the reviews here as well as google too to see when I should actually take these in my cycle, (note: I have had a pretty normal cycle after my endo surgery last year) but I still questioned if I was ovulating on my own every month. I took multiple cycles of fertility drugs and got my progesterone checked too, which showed even with fertility aid I sometimes didn’t respond to it. These supplements stated they helped with fertility, mentstrual cycle regularity and progesterone issues too! I could not believe that they did all of this for me! I began taking the prescribed dose every night along with vitamin Bcomplex, prenatal vitamins as well as changing to a strict Fertility diet. IT ONLY TOOK 1 MONTH GUYS. One cycle of these supplements and I got my BFP after such a long time of waiting. Note: There is alot of discouragement of continuing these supplements once you find out you are pregnant, and stopping them cold turkey will cause miscarriage! I called my Dr and explained everything to them. I have a history of recurring miscarriage, so they told me to wean off the Vitex slowly however I feel most comfortable all the while I started on progesterone pills immediately! I highly recommend these to anyone who is at their wits end and wanting a miracle!!!!

Highly don’t recommend!
Like everyone else, I was hoping this was a good product. For starters, I was only taking these for about a week then that’s when I starting have bad symptoms. I went from having normal period to I’m not bleeding at all not one drop on day one of my cycle. Next day I wake up in EXCRUCIATING pain by my rotator cuff, I couldn’t get out of the bed that’s how bad it was. Maybe 2 days later I was having chest pains. Another 2 days passed that pain went away, but now I am becoming so sensitive to every smell and I starting throwing up yellow acid online or says bile. I can’t even eat a whole meal without feeling sick. It’s been about a month almost and I’m still having the smell n throw up symptoms with fatigue. I’m never trying anything else after this. Please don’t take these! You have been warned. Also you can not return smh

Tenia un desorden con mi ciclo y me recomendo mi ginecologa tamar el vitex, tengo casi 2 meses usandolo ya me compre el segundo frasco, me ha servido muy bien ya me regularizo, estaba tomando otras vitex de otra marca pero no me funcionaban y vi estas con la dosis más alta y organicos y quise probarlas, estoy feliz con este producto.

Mi nutriólogo lo suplementó para regular mis altos niveles de prolactina, hipotiroidismo y SOP, me ha ayudado mucho en toda mi salud hormonal.Lo he tomado durante el periodo menstrual sin suspensión y no aumentó o disminuyó mi sangrado, pero si tienes problemas con flujo muy abundante revísalo bien pues he visto comentarios de que aumenta el flujo.
